Casa Valhalla is a stunning detached villa designed for multi-generational family gatherings, balancing lovely amenities with a residential location on the edge of Carvoeiro.

The Villa features 5 spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite (4 can accommodate a travel cot). Includes a large kitchen with an island cooker, bar area, extra sink, TV, and dedicated drinks refrigeration.

Features a south-facing garden with a fenced terrace, a 10m x 5m private pool (entry steps, no handrails, outdoor shower), a children's play area, and a full-size table tennis table.

Charcoal barbecue area with ample seating. (Charcoal is not supplied).

Base pricing is set for up to 6 guests to keep the villa accessible for smaller groups; additional fees apply automatically per guest thereafter. Please enter your exact guest count for an accurate quote.

Optional Extras (Must be booked for the full duration of your stay):

Pool Heating: £350 / week (pro-rata).

Hot Tub: £245 / week (pro-rata).

Draft Beer Kegs: 30L (£130) or 50L (£150) Estrella Galicia for the bar.

Included in Rate: Wi-Fi, Air-Conditioning, Netflix, and local Lagoa tourist taxes.

House Rules & Booking Advice
Booking Process: Message us to check availability before submitting a formal request. Do not book flights until your reservation is officially confirmed.

Check-in is strictly at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM (no early arrivals or late departures).

#Please note that our villa does not have the facilities to charge electric cars. Our system is not compatible and could be extremely dangerous, with severe consequences. For this reason, it is strictly forbidden.#

Peak season requires a 7-night minimum stay with a Thursday-to-Thursday changeover.

We cater for families and older groups. We do not accept young groups, parties, or events. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No smoking or vaping indoors (allowed outside with ashtrays provided). Hair dye is prohibited. Please avoid using P20 or "All Day" sun lotions, as they permanently stain linen and furniture.

The fireplace is decorative only.

Pets are strictly prohibited due to severe family allergies.

Like much of the evolving Algarve landscape, occasional nearby development or ambient noise may occur.

We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance upon booking.

Required 1 Month Before Arrival
To comply with Portuguese immigration laws and prepare for your check-in with our House Manager, you must provide:

Guest Details: Full name, address, and mobile number for the lead guest, plus full names and clear passport copies for all guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Final count of adults and children (with children's ages).

Arrival/departure flight numbers and times, and confirmation if you need a travel cot or high chair.

Optional Extras: Final confirmation of any pool heating, hot tub, or beer keg additions.
