There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living area, patio/terrace, garage and pool. The garden is mature with trees and shrubs, and the plot is fenced with electric gates to the road.
The villa has a double bedroom and two twins on the upper entrance level and the master double is on the main ground floor.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc) with a separate WC next to the kitchen.
The spacious open plan living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV (UK channels) and wifi internet. Both kitchen and the living area open to the pool and terrace. Charcoal bbq.
Car hire is not essential but there is enough parking on the villa grounds up to three cars.
The villa has a security alarm and electric shutters.

OBS. There are building works for a large villa on the plot next door (start date Nov 2025). The owner of the plot tells us that they will try to keep disturbance to minimum during the summer months. However, we want our guests to be aware of the situation as we have no control over it and we will not accept complaints/refund claims due to the situation. We expect the works to go on min 18 months.
