1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.

2/ City of Huntington Beach Ordinance - The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.

3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.

4/ The property has stairs. Please watch your steps and your kids carefully and be cautious at all times as host/owner will NOT be liable for anything happens to you or your group on the premises. Guests to consider obtaining travel insurance for their safety concerns.

5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY

6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner is not responsible for your missing packages.

7/ NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! THIS IS A COMPLETE PET FREE PROPERTY!

8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front yard and side yard OUTSIDE of the house for security purposes.

9/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!

10/ Guest Count & Visitor Policy:

* Only registered guests are allowed on the property!

* Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered at the time of inquiry or booking so we can properly prepare the home and avoid any misunderstandings.

* All guests and visitors must be disclosed in advance. Exterior security cameras monitor arrivals for safety and occupancy verification. Unregistered guests may result in additional charges. Our home has a maximum occupancy limit. Thank you for your cooperation.

11/ Notes to our valuable guests: We’re delighted to have you stay at our beautiful home! In the event that you need to shorten your stay for any reason, please note that refunds are generally not possible. Our bookings are often made well in advance, and it can be challenging to accommodate last-minute changes or find replacement guests.
In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund if we can secure another reliable guests for the same dates. However, this will depend on availability and other factors. Thank you for your understanding!

12/ Please note that last-minute date changes may not always be possible and are not guaranteed approval. All cancellations must follow the listing’s cancellation policy, with no exceptions. It can be very difficult for us to secure replacement guests when dates are close, so we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

13/ No-show policy: A no-show will be treated as a completed reservation and is not eligible for rescheduling or refund. No exceptions.

14/ Our check-in time is at 4PM and check-out time is at 11AM.

15/ One bedroom is reserved for the owner, per hosted short term rental regulation in city of Huntington Beach.

Release of Liability:
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting a reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
