The Space:

Each apartment in this category measures about 133 sqm in total, with 92 sqm of internal living space, a 37 sqm lanai and a 4 sqm external area. The open-plan living room includes a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes and glassware. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and wardrobe storage, and the apartment has three bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of them en suite to the main bedroom. Every room is air-conditioned, and the living area opens onto the lanai. The apartment also provides an in-room safe, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi; the residence's laundromat is located on site. The layout suits families and groups of friends, for short or extended stays.



Guest Access:

Laguna Beach Residences Seashore is a single low-rise building of five floors with a communal rooftop, a few steps from Bang Tao Beach inside Laguna Phuket. Guests have private use of the entire apartment and access to the residence's shared facilities: the rooftop swimming pool, the indoor gym and the rooftop outdoor fitness area, the rooftop BBQ area and children's playground, the landscaped gardens, the on-site laundromat, passenger lifts, resident parking subject to availability and 24-hour security. The complimentary Laguna shuttle connects the residence with the Laguna resorts, RAVA Beach Club and Porto de Phuket, and the lagoon boat service links the resort's waterways.



The Neighborhood:

Everything is close at hand in Laguna Phuket. Bang Tao Beach and its beach clubs are a short walk away, bars and restaurants, from beach clubs to Thai and international dining, line the coast, and Canal Village offers shops, cafés and everyday conveniences inside the resort. The BDMS Wellness Clinic provides medical and wellness care on site, an international kindergarten welcomes younger residents, and Laguna Golf Phuket, the island's championship course, is a few minutes away. Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket and Central Porto de Phuket, with their restaurants, boutiques and night market, are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

The residence is easy to reach and easy to leave. Taxis and ride-hailing cars with Grab or Bolt are readily available, the complimentary Laguna shuttle serves the beach and the resort's key points, the lagoon boat connects the waterways, and bicycles can be rented locally. Phuket International Airport is about 25 minutes away by car.

Please be advised that construction work is under way near the residence. Construction activities are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During these hours, you may experience some noise.
