Welcome to your private upstairs Oak Island beach retreat, where ocean views, easy beach access and your own private heated pool make it easy to settle into vacation mode.

Located on the desirable West End, this beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath upper unit of a true duplex sits directly across the street from the ocean and just steps from public beach access. The upper and lower units are completely separate, with no interior connection between them. The rental is accessed by exterior stairs only.

The owners occupy the separate lower unit, while rental guests have exclusive use of the private heated in-ground pool throughout their stay—the pool is never shared with the owners.

Being upstairs also means you'll enjoy beautiful ocean views from the rocking-chair front porch and living area.

We know the little things can make a big difference when you're traveling. That's why we provide a generous supply of everyday essentials, including toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo and other basics, so you don't have to arrive and immediately make a store run.

The home has been newly remodeled and thoughtfully equipped for families, with a 70" Smart TV in the living room, Roku TVs in every bedroom, generous dining space and many of the everyday essentials guests normally have to bring or purchase.

Optional services are available for an additional fee, including beach chair and shade-tent setup, cooler and ice service, and pre-arrival grocery shopping with at least 2 days' advance notice.
