Serenity Now! - 20 mins from Middlebury College on Lake Champlain in Bridport VT

Serenity Now ! is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental home on the shore of Lake Champlain located on 1.5 acres in Bridport, Vermont only 20 minutes from Middlebury College. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly. All are welcome here. Guests have full access to both floors of the house. The first floor has one bedroom, two bathrooms, large kitchen, dining area, living room with a fantastic water view, workstation space, and a separate TV / media area. The second floor has a bedroom, one bathroom, and an outdoor deck off of the bedroom. All bedrooms have queen size beds, a dresser, TV, and two nightstands. The basement and detached garage are private and used as storage space and so are not available for guests use. There is plenty of room for parking cars in the driveway. The house has gorgeous views of the lake. Guests will have many options for relaxation including outdoor decks with adirondack chairs, a patio with table, 4 chairs, umbrella, chiminea, and gas grill. There is also a private hot tub with an outdoor shower and wood burning fireplace. Down by the water there is a dock, storage shed, and a fire pit with chairs. Guests also have access to 4 kayaks. Use of kayaks and swimming is at your own risk and we do require the use of life jackets when kayaking. Bridport is only a twenty minute drive west of Middlebury. It is a very small rural town with a population of 1,200 people. Our neighbors are very friendly but because it is a lakefront area the houses are close to each other and the neighbors are all retired and used to a very quiet lifestyle. Obviously this would not be the right house for anyone who wants to have a party but we think it may be the perfect fit for parents who want to visit their child who attends the college and would prefer a quiet lakefront house instead of staying in a motel.
