Our host, Davide, was amazing and met us at the house for a tour! He was also very helpful in helping us to find restaurants and a boat rental in town. The boat rental was a highlight for us, as it was an affordable way to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful ocean.The house has an AMAZING outdoor area with multiple seating sections and a spectacular view. The kitchen of the home is very well equipped with high end appliances and accessories. Would be perfect to host a dinner at home.There is a beach bar located right near the house which serves lunch and cocktails. We found Franco to be extremely helpful (and our translator at times). The beach bar also serves a delicious iced coffee treat! This is where the public beach is located. It is rocky, with few sandy areas, but great swimming. We found it to be too busy during the weekend, but relaxing during the week. We preferred to climb down the rocks across from the house for a private swimming experience.A short path from the house leads to old train track, now converted to a walking/ biking path. We took this walk each night to town for dinner, about 1.5 miles one way. Gorgeous walk to and from, right along the ocean. There is also a train that runs this path, for 6 per person.Highly recommend this property! Loved the town of Varazze!
