In addition to their private room, guests are welcome to use and enjoy the following shared areas of the home:

• 🍽️ Kitchen – fully equipped with cookware, fridge, microwave, and dining area (please clean up after use)

• 🧺 Laundry Area – washer and dryer available for use

• 🌅 Backyard with Lake View – enjoy the peaceful outdoor space with seating and nature views

• 🔥 Grill – available in the backyard upon request (please ask ahead of time)



All shared areas are used respectfully between guests and our family. We ask that you treat them with care and maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere, especially during quiet hours.

• 🚌 Public Transport: Public transportation is limited in Little Elm, so we recommend using a car or rideshare for convenience.

• 🛒 Grocery Stores Nearby:

• Little Elm Beach – 10 minutes

• Dining, parks, and trails all within a 5–10 minute drive



If you’re flying in, DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field are each about 35–45 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.



Early Check-In/Late Check-out are welcome. We understand that travel plans can vary—please let us know in advance so we know what to expect.



Pet-friendly: We welcome up to 2 dogs. A $75 pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Please include your pets in your reservation.



Free parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles, and up to 3 additional vehicles may be parked on the street, where permitted. Please follow all local parking regulations and avoid blocking driveways or sidewalks.
