Welcome to Woodrow Lake House. The house is available for family vacations retreat. You can relax and enjoy a beautiful day of fishing, kayaking and swimming with your family in the comfort of your backyard. This beautiful Lakehouse has a spacious patio and picturesque view of the lake; perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee/tea/wine, and watching the sunrise over the lake. Let the little ones run wild in the 1/2-acre backyard. The private, fully enclosed play area and playset also provide plenty of space for children to play.

Our Lakehouse has a calming effect. From the moment you walk inside, the breathtaking view of the lake will imbue you with serenity. The spectacular view of the lake can be seen from the kitchen, Livingroom, Master-bedroom and Master-bathroom. The furniture, inside and outside the house is new. There is a Game Room with a pub table where you can enjoy a drink or host card and board games. For the competitively inclined, there is a fuzzball table. Enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your bed in the Master- bedroom.

The expansive deck that overlooks the lake is furnished with luxurious patio furniture, and a cast aluminum iron table that seats up to 8 people. The gorgeous fire pit will keep you warm, while the new Electric Traeger Grill will keep you fed.
The house is recently renovated as of 2022. The house is equipped with special electronic plugs that repel all types of insects and rotans. For safety we have installed one camera in the front of house that oversees the driveway.

The Lakehouse is located in downtown Littel Elm, it is in proximity with Frisco, McKinney, and Prosper (all within a 15 min drive). Very nearby accommodations include a marina, public beach, water ski park (walking distance), indoor aquatic center (2 min drive, across the street), golf courses, and various gourmet restaurants like Hula Hut (walking distance). If you own a boat or a jet ski, there is a boat ramp located at 1101 W. Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, TX 75068. The boat ramp is 5 min away from the house and costs $10 per day.
