The Neighborhood:
This house is very close to the Westfield mall and Ventura Boulevard. You can easily pop over to Beverly Hills Hollywood or to Santa Monica. Sherman Oaks is a highly desirable location which is close to it the best of LA. Also Sherman Oaks is a very safe family area. Although this is a safe family area you have the best most amazing restaurants and upscale life just minutes away.

Many celebrities live in Sherman Oaks south of the Boulevard. Beverly Hills it’s just minutes away. This is the best Los Angeles location for safety great parking and being close to everything.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to grocery stores, Mall, restaurants and bars. A car is recommended to explore Los Angeles. Uber and rideshare services are also readily available.
