• The owners normally live on this property and gladly rent it when they are away. During your stay, you will have full access to the property for yourself and your guests. All we ask is that you treat the house with the same respect as you would your own, in accordance with the house rules.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare for the next guests or owners.
• Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-out will incur a $150 fee.
• Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, feel free to contact us. Non-urgent concerns will be addressed the following day.
• Pool/Jacuzzi use and heating (if applicable):
- Jacuzzi use: $60
- Pool heating: $250 for the first 48 hours; $100/day thereafter
- Request at least 1 week in advance for proper scheduling
• Pool rules (if applicable):
- No drinking in or near the pool area. Use plastic cups only.
- No pets in the pool.
- Kids must be supervised at all times.
- Non-potty-trained children must wear waterproof swim diapers.
