The condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom boasts one queen beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, providing ample space for guests to rest and recharge. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort-style amenities.



Spend your days relaxing by the Olympic-sized saltwater pool, grabbing a drink at the poolside Tiki bar, or letting the kids play at the water splash pad and toddler pool. Evenings are perfect for watching a movie in the theater, hanging out in the arcade game room, or playing tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball on the lighted courts. A fully equipped fitness center, a sundry shop serving Starbucks coffee, and a secure playground are also just steps away.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled inside the secure, 24-hour gated Windsor Palms resort, this home sits just 3 miles from Disney’s main gates. Enjoy complimentary, full access to all premium resort amenities throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the community, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
