The Space:

Captain's Cove is a charming Craftsman-style home featuring a smart split floor plan that gives everyone their own space. The STR can accommodate 9 total guests. The 4 bedrooms are outfitted with 5 beds and carpeted for comfort, while the common areas and bathrooms feature durable vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen shines with granite countertops, perfect for home-cooked meals during your stay. Step outside to your fully fenced backyard where a patio with outdoor seating awaits — ideal for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Please note the property accommodates 2 vehicles only, street parking is not permitted, and large boats and RVs cannot be accommodated on site.

Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.

Other Things to Note:

The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.



We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

The driveway has the parking capacity for 2 vehicles. No parking in the grass.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 9 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Beach Haven in great shape for everyone!
