House was clean and is in a really great location if you are looking to spend a lot of time at the beach on your vacation. Near by grocery and restaurants make the location even more convenient. Neighborhood was quiet.

A Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful vacation rental! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a wonderful location. The private pool and screen in porch was perfect for our family with kids. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free escape!

The house was perfect. Comfortable beds, nice large screened in back patio with clean comfortable furniture. Private good size back yard. Close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We plan to come again.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this property! It is 5 minutes from the beach, minutes from grocery and other shopping and eating places. The pool was perfect for when we were not at the beach. The house was very clean and the property management company was very responsive. We will definitely book this property in the future!

Cute and Comfortable

Home had everything you need. Loved the starter kitchen cleaning kit and the Shampoo, Conditioner and soap provided also. Bed was super comfy. Loved the large swimming pool. Air unit needed minor maintenance and was taken care of before we could unpack! House stayed nice and very cool after that. We had a great stay.

Convenient to Beach and Attractions, Very Clean

This property was very clean and in excellent condition, just as pictured. The pool, screened in porch, and hammocks were great amenities that we used a lot. The outside storage had beach chairs that were a huge plus. Beach and attractions were super close to drive to as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything except we couldn’t get the tv in the master bedroom to work and one of the bedrooms didn’t have a tv also the umbrella was broken on the table by the pool but overall we had a wonderful stay

Spring Break Getaway

My friend and I took our children to the beach for spring break. The pool was clutch. Kids age range from 6-14. The pool is plenty deep for older kids, beach chairs (good ones) are provided if you forget yours, there are plenty of pool and beach toys for younger kids. There were ample amounts of linens, which is so important.The grocery store is close, restaurants are close and the beach is just over the bridge. We would definitely stay here again.

Pool was absolutely filthy. Filters full of grass bugs and twigs. We spent more time than necessary cleaning it. Not what we wanted for a quick weekend away. Especially paying over 200 cleaning fee.

Beautiful cleanliness, furnishings, pool. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub nonfunctional and maintenance man says they knew control panel not working before we arrived, water temp in house DANGEROUSLY high, grill unusable (doesn’t heat up), guest bathtub knob nonfunctional, maste r bed box spring appears broken (squeaks loudly), ice maker didn’t work properly, outlet in kitchen not working.

The house was great! It accommodated myself and my husband and my sons and their family, sleeps 10

It accommodated my husband and I, and my sons family. It sleeps 10 nicely. Although the pool was cold my grandchildren had a ball. The kitchen was well stocked and aside from a few small issues it worked out well for our family. The location is great, grocery store and restaurants literally right in your back yard. My only complaint is that the hot tub is still broken yet they have not removed it from the add. Another year of new memories made with our family.

House was clean and very close drive to the beach/pier. Beautiful area and the poo was really nice. Was disappointed that did not have "beach chairs" as advertised. There are loungers but only one actual "beach chair." Did not find hammock as advertised but we brought two of our own and there is a prefect place to lounge. Primary bedroom bed needs some attention. Over all nice clean home in quiet neighborhood with a quick drive to beach, Wal-Mart and restaurants.

Great place to relax and unwind after your trip there, before starting your activities for the wkend

Except for a few minor things, it was everything that was described and hoped for T.v. in the master bedroom didn't work, and the one in the living rooms, volume didn't work ( but after troubleshooting, we found the loose connection and fixed it before the local tech. Could be sent out. The umbrella on the back yard table had a broken arm and the one in the storage room for the beach was broken and could not be used. NONE of these issues affected or visit,,,!

The house was beautiful as pictured. The day before check in we got a message saying hot tub was not to be used. It was upsetting but okay. When we turned on the kitchen sink it would not drain. Then we checked none of the sinks or tub drained properly. Immediately messaged and got a message that they would text when they are sending maintenance. No text receive a random guy showed up next morning to check it out said the pump isn’t working I will have to tell the office. No communication (so couldn’t leave) finally in the afternoon a plumber came and had to drain the pipe or something. He said everything should be good. Later that night turned on the shower and black sludge came out. So 7 of us only had 1 shower. It seems as though we were the first people to use this house for the season. Very disappointed.

They had literally everything you would need!

We flew in so we didn’t pack beach equipment’s and they had that for us! The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and dinner! Wash and dryer was every helpful. The pool was absolutely perfect for the whole family! And the house was convenient to grocery stores and the beach!! Definitely coming back!!
