Die Wohnung vermittelt Ihnen das Gefühl eines zweiten Zuhauses und befindet sich inmitten einer beeindruckenden Naturlandschaft.

Mit rund 70m2 Wohnfläche bietet sie ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, was ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen ist. Auf Anfrage halten wir Ihnen auch ein Kinderreisebett für die kleinen Gäste bereit. Zudem stellen wir Ihnen pro Gast eine Grundausstattung wie Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung.

Der eigene PKW-Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür erleichtert die Anreise und ermöglicht Ihnen flexibles Reisen während Ihres Aufenthalts.

Die ruhige Lage am Schweriner See, umgeben von Wald und Wiesen, verspricht eine erholsame und naturnahe Atmosphäre. Sie können die Schönheit der Umgebung genießen, Spaziergänge unternehmen oder Fahrradtouren entlang der Uferwege machen.

Vor Ort bieten wir Ihnen gegen eine kleine Gebühr unser Ruderboot an. Damit haben Sie die Möglichkeit, den Schweriner Außensee von seiner schönsten Seite zu erkunden. Sie können auf dem See paddeln, die umliegende Landschaft bewundern und vielleicht sogar an einigen idyllischen Plätzen Rast machen.

Die Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus, das auf dem ursprünglichen weitläufigen Gelände eines Gutshauses errichtet wurde, ist Teil einer malerischen Umgebung. Neben dem Ferienhaus gibt es auch einige andere Wohnhäuser und Ferienhäuser, die im Laufe der Zeit errichtet wurden. Das Gutshaus selbst ist bis heute erhalten geblieben und erregt noch immer bewundernde Blicke.

The holiday home offers comprehensive facilities and has just been freshly renovated to make your stay pleasant. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The flat gives you the feeling of a second home and is located in the midst of an impressive natural landscape.
With around 70m2 of living space, it offers enough room for up to 4 people, which is ideal for families or small groups. On request, we can also provide a travel cot for the little ones. In addition, we provide you with basic equipment such as bed linen (bed already made up) and towels (1x large/ 1x small/ flannel) per guest.

The private car parking space directly in front of the front door facilitates your arrival and allows you to travel flexibly during your stay.

The quiet location on Schwerin Lake, surrounded by woods and meadows, promises a relaxing and natural atmosphere. You can enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, go for walks or take bicycle tours along the lakeside paths.

On site, we offer you our rowing boat for a small fee. This gives you the opportunity to explore the Schwerin Outer Lake from its most beautiful side. You can paddle on the lake, admire the surrounding landscape and maybe even take a break at some idyllic places.

The surroundings

The holiday home, built on the original extensive grounds of a manor house, is part of a picturesque setting.
