We love our home for many things like located in a clean and safe neighborhood with friendly people that lookout and help each other even when it is a short stay. So, you can comfortably enjoy the area, color chalk on the sidewalk with your loved ones for slow days that you’re not going to Disney, themes park, Champions Gate Golf Courses, Shopping, or the beach.

From the outside to the inside, we believe cleanliness is key to the total experience. We strive to work with our cleaners on a routine basis to maintain the highest standard that our family would expect for our guests just like our family.

WHAT OUR GUESTS LOVED?
● Enjoy the large open plan living area while watching the big screen TV in the comfortable family room. Smart TV is also in the Master bedroom and another King size bedroom. WiFi throughout. Smart home where lights turn on or off with your voice command.
● Well equipped kitchen with ample countertops.
● Bedrooms are all newly decorated and fitted with new mattresses and bedding.
● Enjoy the outside on this oversized pool deck with beautiful water views.

● Pool+Spa heating if required is extra. 4 days minimum.
● Propane BBQ grill. Cleaning is extra.
This is self-catering property: To help you get started with your stay we have provided a few start supplies: 1 Dish sponge, 1 Paper towel roll, Dish detergent, Laundry detergent, 2 extra toilet paper rolls, 1 hotel size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. (Publix 1.2 Miles, Wawa 1.2 Miles, Walmart 6.1 Miles)
Guest access: Guests are allowed to access all places in the house except locked closet.

HOUSE RULES *Important*
Restricted overnight parking is limited to 2 vehicles on premise, no overflow or on the street parking at any time. However, it is allowed several hours of street parking until 1 am (not overnight) if required.
No recreational vehicles are allowed in our community including RV’s.

Disposal containers pickup day for:
● Garbage is Tuesday. Please bag all trash before placing into the outside bin and ensure no items can fall outside.
● Recycle (Yellow lid) is Monday. Not accepted: Glass, Water Bottles, Colored Plastic, Takeout Pizza Box. Recyclable items- https://bit.ly/41pNRsh
Respective bins can be put out in the evening of the prior day. Both bins must be back in the enclosure by the evening on the day of pick up.

All guests must ensure that children are always supervised and children under the age of 18 are not to be left alone in the property during the rental period.

Ongoing maintenance: Landscaping, pool cleanings, pest control.

No glassware in pool area. No eating or drinking in the pool.
No parties as per the HOA guidelines quiet time is from 10pm-7am.
No smoking or vaping
