Welcome to Sea you soon, a beautifully remodeled studio located in The Village of South Walton, perfectly situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach along scenic 30A. Whether you're planning a relaxing beach getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this charming retreat offers an unbeatable location and resort-style amenities.

Guests enjoy access to two community pools, including a seasonally heated pool and a zero-entry pool, as well as a hot tub and complimentary seasonal beach tram service to the private deeded beach access.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the studio features a queen-size bed and a sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Inside, you'll find a convenient kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essential dishes for light meals and snacks. The full bathroom and thoughtfully appointed living space provide everything needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the best features of Sea you soon is its walkable location. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, bike rentals, and all the charm that 30A has to offer. Spend your days exploring nearby beach communities by bike, lounging on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf Coast, or relaxing poolside just steps from your door.

For your convenience, the condo is stocked with the following starter amenities:

(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge
(1)Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods
