The Space:

Primary Suite

The primary suite is a true sanctuary. A large picture window and sliding glass doors frame spectacular, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, creating a serene backdrop from the moment you wake. A comfortable chair positioned beside the picture window invites you to linger over morning coffee while taking in the view. The suite also features a smart TV with cable and a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom.



Guest Bedrooms

Both guest bedrooms are equally well-appointed, each offering tranquil bay views:



- Bay Side Bedroom with window views: Guests will enjoy two (2) full beds dressed with luxury linens in a shared center nightstand, a six-drawer dresser, and a Smart TV.



- Bay Side Bedroom with private balcony access: Guests will enjoy a king sized bed dressed with luxury linens, a six-drawer dresser, and a Smart TV.



Kitchen

The newly renovated designer kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. Conceived with both style and convenience in mind, the open-concept layout allows for effortless movement and easy conversation between the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen features a large peninsula with seating, new stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops with a complementary backsplash, and soft-close shaker cabinetry. Unobstructed water views extend through the living and dining space, ensuring even time spent cooking feels connected to the breathtaking surroundings. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials so you can enjoy everything from a quick breakfast to a full home-cooked meal.



Dining & Living Room

The open-concept dining and living area serves as the heart of the home. The dining space seats six comfortably, with additional seats at the kitchen bar. The living room flows naturally from the dining area and fills with morning sunlight, making it an inviting gathering space throughout the day. High-end furnishings, curated beach-inspired décor, and a large Smart TV make for ideal evenings in. That said, the sweeping views of the beach and ocean just beyond the sliding glass doors may prove more captivating than any screen. There is a pull out sofa bed for added bedding if needed.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire condo, including a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all kitchen and bathroom essentials. The property also comes with exclusive access to resort amenities: the heated indoor pool, hot tub, sun-bathing deck, and direct beach access. Two dedicated parking spaces and a unique keypad entry code will be provided upon arrival.
