100% NONSMOKING UNIT - We do not rent to smokers

Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo with many air purification features using owner's direct experience working at a major health system (Johns Hopkins). Owners put cleanliness and communication as top priorities. At nearly 1700sq feet of space, it’s one of the larger condos available in Ocean City, MD.

The Space:
Master:
• King sized bed
• 55" Roku smart TV over a LED fireplace for the ultimate cozy beach ambiance
• Fully updated master on suite bathroom
• Separate sink/vanity featuring new quartz counters and tastefully upgraded bath fixtures.
• A small desk in the master is available if you have a bit of work to do with amazing ocean front views
• Oceanfront balcony access

Bedroom 2:
• 2 brand new bunk beds (twin over full sized mattresses)
• Small futon couch that pulls out to a twin bed sleeping up to 5. The futon should fit a child no larger than a typical 7-8 year old
• A 43" Roku smart TV is also available for use in the second bedroom

Bedroom 3:
• Queen sized bed
• 55" Roku smart TV
• Beautiful bay views

Living room:
• ~14ft sectional couch with cuddler
• 65" Roku smart TV over a LED fireplace for great family gatherings
• Oceanfront balcony access to expansive ocean views

Kitchen/Dining area:
• Quartz countertops with “beachy” blue backsplash and under cabinet lighting
• New stainless steel appliances.
• Enjoy family meals around the large dining room table that seats up to 8 as well as bar height counter for additional seating.

Guest bathroom:
• Quartz counter tops and tastefully updated bath fixtures.

Amenities:
• The Plaza offers hotel style amenities with an on-site restaurant and tiki bar (In Season).
• Outdoors features a raised acre sized ocean front deck with heated outdoor pool and kiddie pool, you can see the waves crashing into the beach from your lounge chair. Dunes do not obstruct the views with raised deck configuration making The Plaza truly unique.
• Indoors features heated pool with lap lane for swimming enthusiasts, large jetted hot tub, his/her dry saunas, and showers to rinse off.
• Additional features include 24-hour Security, high speed secured WiFi is provided free along with Comcast TV.
• Roku smart TVs throughout provide ability to use Netflix, Hulu, or any streaming service you may subscribe to. Most common apps will be preinstalled. Keurig coffee maker available. Washer/dryer in unit for convenience.
Security Deposit/Parking:
• $500.00 Refundable move-out deposit as required or can purchase rental insurance provided by host.
• Parking for two vehicles is $80 and is good up to 7 days. Please see management office for parking tags.
• Check in 3PM/Check out 10AM (exceptions within reason can be made).

Covid/RSV/Flu protection information:
• High powered UV-C light installed within the HVAC system circulating sanitized air throughout the unit.

• 2x Eco Quest Breeze 2 Commercial grade Air Purifiers providing continuous UV-C air purification offering 6 stages of air filtration, including a photo-catalytic filter that traps bacteria and viruses to be deactivated by UV-C light. The 2 air purifiers are rated to sanitize the entire volume of air of the condo every 25 minutes. Combining the HVAC with these units will hopefully provide our clientele with a sense of ease during these times.

***Optional ozone purification of all air, surfaces, beds, etc within the unit between rentals free of charge. Please inquire about this as the unit will need to be aired out for ~10 mins prior to entry but would sanitize the condo even further if this interests you. We will be doing this for our family, so we wanted to offer it to yours.

• UV-C sanitation boxes provided to sanitize TV remotes between rentals and available to renters for masks, phones, wallets, keys, etc. during your stay.

• Condo is professionally cleaned (on top of ozone/UV-C sanitation) with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19 including wiping all handles, switches, outlets, door knobs, etc as recommended by CDC guidelines for covid.

• Linens will be washed between all rentals. If you prefer to bring your own linens, please let me know.

• We take covid/RSV/Flu very seriously as we do have high risk individuals within our family, and extending this to our clientele. We invested significantly to keep everyone safe, however we realize nothing is 100%, so continue to follow all guidelines within the building as well. Plaza management goes above and beyond for your safety, and we wanted to match those efforts within the unit.

Possibly the nicest unit in OC :)
I decided to book a last-minute mini trip to OCMD over spring break. Since it was just me and my mom staying together, we definitely didn't need three bedrooms and two full baths... but this unit had tons of positive reviews and the price was so reasonable during the off season that we decided to indulge! Rather than deal with a property management company, it was really nice being able to communicate directly with Jason before and during our stay. He was an excellent communicator via E-mail, phone, and text. Jason sent all necessary information before we arrived, and everything was explained clearly along with pictures and videos. It was great being able to go straight to the unit without having to stop by an office or front desk to get keys. We were completely blown away by the unit, which exceeded our (already high) expectations! Not only was everything absolutely SPOTLESS, but a ton of care and attention to detail clearly went into the decor, furnishings, and upkeep. We spent a good 15-20 minutes just marveling how beautiful it was. The unit was gigantic (my mom and I could not hear each other at all from our private bedrooms-- amazing since she wakes up at 4 AM). It was also well-equipped with anything we could have needed: linens, towels, extra blankets, toiletries, kitchen condiments, etc. The oceanfront view was absolutely spectacular and made it feel like a beach vacation despite the rainy weather. We loved our stay here and hope to come back again!! Thank you!

Pride in ownership
Amazing is the word for this condo! If I could rate it higher I would. I have stayed at a few condos over the years and I always look for the highest cleanliness rating. I could tell this condo was spotless as soon as I walked in. Everything was spotless and the air purifiers gave extra peace of mind. The owner was helpful and prompt with his responses whenever I had a question. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this unit. We will be back!

Absolutely superb!
I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. Great place and location! Extraordinary clean. Immaculate, really. Jason is an excellent host and a heck of a nice guy. The place is beautiful and comfortable with everything one could ask for in a vacation rental, and more! I cannot recommend this property highly enough. We’ll be back!

The owner was so easy to communicate with and he was very nice. He made sure that we had all the necessary information in a timely manner which helped planning. The property was super clean and even had air purifiers. There was plenty of space for the kids and the adults. Kitchen was super equipped. Great sofa set up for family movies in the living room. Big dining room for carry-in dinners and games (provided by owner in the condo). We will definitely be return guests! Thank you so much!!

Awesome place!
We went for the Oceans Calling musical festival but hope to return in the summer for another visit! The location is fabulous! The condo was SO clean! The kitchen was well stocked—The owner was super responsive! Our teenagers loved the bunk room. My favorite was the view of the ocean from the primary bedroom and balcony.

Our property was geared for families and those with possible high risk covid conditions due to some individuals in our family that have COPD, diabetes, or heart issues.

The covid remediation steps we've taken are very close to what most hospitals are doing to protect their patients. The owner works for a major health system (Johns Hopkins), and employed many sanitation practices as it relates to the air you breathe, sanitation boxes for items you want to expose to UV-C light, as well as optional ozone sanitation between rentals which gets all areas of the condo. You'll smell the freshness after Ecoquest units are done the purification cycle.
