The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and ready for you to enjoy. Here you'll find a sprawling peninsula, new appliances, a sleek marble pattern quartz countertop with a full backsplash and undermount lighting, soft-close European style cabinets, and unobstructed views of the water through the living and dining space. Brew coffee in the coffee maker, pop bread into the toaster, or throw some fruit into the blender for a healthy and quick breakfast on the go. While there are many restaurants to choose from in Ocean City, on nights when you want to just cook at home, this kitchen offers the space and appliances you need so you can cook as you do at home.

The dining room features a coastal theme and comfortable seating for 6, complimented by bar seating for 3. Take a family photo, enjoy cocktails at sunset, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the view.

*Guest Access*
As a guest here, you have access to the entire home. You can use all of the rooms and all the amenities, including the stackable washer and dryer, coffee bar, high-speed Wi-Fi and helpful information about the local area. From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, beach boutiques, spas, salons, waterfront restaurants, and Ocean City's vibrant nightlife scene. You will also have exclusive access to resort amenities, including the indoor heated pool, hot-tub, sun-bathing deck, and direct beach access. You will be assigned two parking spaces and given a unique door code for self-check in access.

All beds have pillows and protective mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).
For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

Please understand that this property does not allow for any "Senior Week" or group rentals with any guest under the age of 25. Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.
