DESCRIPTION 310 Loma Arisco is a fully furnished, move-in-ready 2,044 sq ft Modern Pueblo-style home with a two-car attached garage, central air conditioning (not a swamp cooler), two gas fireplaces, and two outdoor dining spaces one with sweeping mountain views, one a shaded private courtyard with a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped. The art on the walls is a private collection assembled in the early 1980s.
