Graduation stay 2025

First off, this home exceeded our expectations. We were here to be close enough for our daughter’s high school graduation. Our immediate family had their own spaces to relax and get ready for the ceremony. Extended family enjoyed time together in the backyard. We made use of all the space to relax in, eat, and visit. Rental had a great location, was clean and well equipped. Owner was quick with communication and friendly. The only con we had on our trip was it is an apartment so if you do not have considerate people staying above you, it makes for some frustrating moments. Even with earplugs and sound machines on we could hear the thudding from the above neighbors and from the beach access gate slamming. So just something to think about if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, had a wonderful weeks stay!

Revised itinerary

The family enjoyed the spaciousness of the home both inside and out which allowed separate rooms for everyone, and a large backyard completely enclosed and private. The kitchen functioned well and there were helpful supplies including coffee, creamer, spices as well as personal toiletries and household cleaning and laundry supplies. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to communication answering some questions quickly in a friendly and helpful manner.. many thanks for sharing this perfect gathering spot.

Perfect Friends Weekend!

Our group of seven 50 yr-olds, friends since childhood, loved meeting up here and everything about our stay! Easy check-in, spacious kitchen where we lounged with coffee, comfortable beds, fabulous backyard with chiminea, clean, and perfect access to Sante Fe. We’d stay again in a minute!

Repeat Stay - This Place is Perfect

Big kitchen, large backyard with patio, grill and outdoor dining. The bedrooms are good sized as well. The owners are very nice and VERY responsive. I hope this place is available again next year for our annual trip. It's kind of on a hill so there is always a really nice breeze to take advantage of.

Some Unexpected PLEASANT surprises!

Our family group traveled for a wedding. This place fit the bill perfectly.A few of the pleasant surprises included:1. A variety of books that were invaluable - allowing us to have quiet time and read with the little ones. New books are the best. They were lifesavers for calming over-stimulated little ones.2. The three large bins of LEGOs in the closet of the bunkbed bedroom. Again - so valuable - worth their weight in gold!3. A good iron - not a cheap 15 one - life saving for steaming our wedding attire when removed from the suitcases.4. Good quality bedding - especially appreciated the pillows!

Home had nice appliances & a beautiful backyard. House seemed worn down…furniture and mattresses were not great, and lighting in kitchen and family room was bad. Host was very responsive, and the garage parking was a plus. Great storage off kitchen and in closets. At this price point, we would not rent again in its current condition.

Great place for a girls weekends!

We had a wonderful stay, the house was in great shape and was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and common spaces and the proximity to downtown was great. We had rental cars so that was easy, probably wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to be somewhere walkable but only 10 mins in the car!
