Von unserem ruhigen Viertel aus sind Sie nur 20 Gehminuten von der historischen Plaza entfernt, durch einige der interessantesten Teile der Altstadt von Santa Fe. Wir sind 3 Blocks vom aufregenden Railyard entfernt, dem neuen Treffpunkt für die Bürger und Besucher von Santa Fe. Entdecken Sie Museen und Galerien, erfreuen Sie sich an unseren fantastischen Restaurants, entdecken Sie den berühmten Bauernmarkt das ganze Jahr über und genießen Sie Radwege. Für Schneeliebhaber sind wir nur 17 Meilen (1/2 Stunde) vom Santa Fe Ski Basin entfernt.

Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern ist unser Familienheim, wenn wir in der Stadt sind. Die beiden vorderen Schlafzimmer bieten jeweils ein Queensize-Bett und teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im hinteren Flügel des Hauses (eines mit einer Königin und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten) teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Der hintere und der vordere Flügel des Hauses sind durch den gemeinsamen Wohn- und Essbereich getrennt und bieten etwas Privatsphäre. Oberlichter, Nischen, Torbögen und hohe Decken tragen zum einzigartigen, lichtdurchfluteten Charakter des Hauses bei.

Unser Haus ist Ihr Zuhause in Santa Fe und verfügt über eine schöne, voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Garten im Innenhof sowie einen Ess- und Wohnbereich mit einem Kaminofen. Das Casa de Gracia ist familienfreundlich und bietet Wäscheservice, Breitband-WLAN, Kabel-TV, gefiltertes Trinkwasser und viele andere Annehmlichkeiten.

Steigen Sie vom Flughafen Albuquerque in den Rail Runner ein und gehen Sie hierher ... oder fahren Sie hinein und nutzen Sie unsere Parkplätze abseits der Straße. Um zur Plaza, zu anderen Orten in der Innenstadt oder zum Museum Hill zu gelangen, können Sie den kostenlosen Shuttleservice nutzen. Markierte Haltestellen für den Santa Fe Pick-Up befinden sich einige Blocks östlich des Hauses. Suchen Sie einfach nach "Santa Fe Pickup", um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Das Haus befindet sich in der West Manhattan Ave. Ca. 40 km westlich von einer markierten Haltestelle in der Nähe der Ecke Market und Alcaldesa (auf der Streckenkarte).

Perfect Girls Trip!

Great location in Santa Fe

The house was very clean and well furnished with all the necessities. We walked to the Santa Fe farmers market. Both my wife and I loved the whole coffee beans in the fridge. Carly was was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if needed. We highly recommend Casa De Garcia.

Mostly good

The house and patio are very nice. The back two bedrooms did not have AC units strong enough to handle August heat so sleeping was difficult. We were there in hottest part of the summer. Those who had back rooms felt short changed . The fresh coffee left was very appreciated.

We keep returning!

We've stayed several times and plan to keep staying. It's a perfect location for a small group. There are two wings with two bedrooms on each wing, with plenty of separation between the wings for two families to have privacy. We use the kitchen a lot and it's easy to use and super well equipped. The manager has been very responsive to us. Great and easy location to be in, walk to places. The descriptions are correct and I definitely will stay here again.

Awesome house for girlfriend or family retreat

The house is well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. It's an about a 20 minute walk to the plaza which we didn't mind at all and the new Rail yard is just down the street with good restaurants and weekend markets. Our hosts left us coffee and orange juice which was hugely appreciated. It was the perfect place for 4 friends who have known each other for 50 years to enjoy Santa Fe. Our hosts were just a text away but we did not have any issues and truly enjoyed the house and our stay.

Stay in Santa Fe on Manhattan

This House with 4 bedrooms was a perfect layout for our family of seven and one dog. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare our meals; however, we did find that the oven and stove were slow to heat and the microwave did not heat well. Other than the cooking means, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. :)

Authentic Charm in the Heart of Santa Fe

Our group of college girlfriends can recommend Casa de Gracia without a single reservation. The decor, the floorplan, the location: all perfection! Here you aren't staying in a cookie-cutter rental; you are living in a historic adobe house that exudes Southwest style and the comforts of home. The layout separates two sleeping spaces, each with two bedrooms and a bath, making it ideal for multi-generational families and groups of friends. The kitchen was well supplied, featuring just about anything you'd need to cook a nice meal. The coffee beans in the freezer were a thoughtful touch, as we arrived too late for a grocery run. The location was convenient for outings and just a short stroll from the Saturday Farmers Market, a must-go at the Santa Fe Railroad. A Trader's Joe is only about 5 minutes away. You can tell this property has been lovingly cared for by its owners, and we thank them for opening up their home for an unforgettable reunion. We loved it!

There could be a little more attention to detail by the cleaning crew. Rugs were dirty and there were dust bunnies under end tables and cabinets. TV options are limited (SlingTV only) and a little cumbersome. On a positive note, location was great. We could easily walk to the Farmers Market, Railyard district and the downtown area of Sante Fe. Home was bigger than expected with lots of room. Easy drive to Bandelier and Pecos NP's.

Good location, comfortable house

The house looks just as expected. It actually sleeps 5 comfortably, if you are singles. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Dishwasher was a pain to run and ice maker didn't work. Another problem we encountered was the need for more bed linens, towels and wash clothes. One of our party got ill and her roommate ended up sleeping on the couch with no sheets, just a blanket. The location is very convenient. Close to town etc. Overall experience was good.

Lovely quick weekend at the Casa De Cracia

Our family of 6 (grandparents, couple and 2 kids) stayed at the Casa for 2 nights and 3 days. It is a fantastic house in a great location. We took the Railrunner up from the Amtrak station in Albuquerque; this house is about a 7 min walk, toting bags. Then there is a free Santa Fe shuttle back at the Railyard that takes you downtown (for older folks, this is nice, although it's completely walkable). The house itself is so accommodating, larger than the photos make it appear and had a lot of comfort amenities, like dvds for kids and adults. It could easily accommodate another couple. The hosts were very helpful as well! We just loved our visit to Santa Fe - need to stay longer next time! Thanks! The Waltzes

Lovely home with a central location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa de Gracia and would stay again if we come back to Santa Fe sometime. The house was clean and was just as pictured in the photos, and the floorplan was perfect for a large group with no awkward or cramped spaces. The outdoor areas were lovely and the neighborhood was quiet, yet we were close to several main thruways and in walking distance of the railyard park and farmer's market. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and having a dishwasher was convenient. The water pressure was good for showers, beds were comfortable with a mix of fluffy and firm pillows. It was a bit of a heat wave while we were there, but the air conditioning units worked well, and we were able to figure out a system with the swamp coolers after a little trial and error. The hosts were communicative before our trip, and the house manager was quick to respond to any requests during our stay. Check in was super simple as all the doors have keypad locks, which was also great when our group split up to do different things and we didn't have to worry about keys. Overall an absolutely excellent stay!

Wonderful place near Santa Fe rail yard

We spent 4 nights at the casa de gracia and I would definitely recommend it. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. It was an easy walk to the rail yard area down a lovely residential street. We stocked up at trader joes which was a 5 min drive. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the heat was not working in the back of the house and it snowed the day we arrived! the first night was chilly even with the space heaters in every room. It got better once we used the wood stove in the back. The part to fix the heater arrived our last day. We also switched rooms half way through because the rooms in the front are more spacious and closer to the much larger and nicer bathroom. All in all, a good choice for a family vacation.
