Lovely, spacious home in a great location for us. It was central to our son’s university and hospital, with big box stores and markets just a short drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated. It was just my husband and I, but having the extra space was a nice bonus. The home itself was clean, and we appreciated the complimentary soda and sparkling water. Such a thoughtful touch!

We needed a long-term stay near Emory University Hospital. This home fit our needs perfectly. My family member who had surgery needed to return to Emory 2-to-3 times each week, and needed a place where he could relax and heal. We were able to cook healthy meals in the kitchen, rest and sit outside when weather allowed. Highly recommend, especially if long-term stays are needed. Fifteen minutes from Emory, close to stores, restaurants and shopping.

It was truly a pleasure hosting Mrs. Janet and your family during their stay. Our maintenance gentleman had the opportunity to meet them while completing the yard work, and he couldn’t stop talking about how sweet and pleasant they all were! We also greatly appreciated how clean, tidy, and orderly Mrs. Janet left the home. They were wonderful guests, and we would be more than happy to welcome them back anytime. Very close to Emory University, Super Walmart, and Target, etc. The house is spacious and quiet. Everything looks new. It would be nice for the host to supply more consumable materials such as paper towels and toilet paper. My daughter saw one cockroach in the living room, which might be hard to avoid in the warm area such as GA. Also, for some reason, it seems the water temperature for the shower head was not adjustable inconsistent. It was slightly cold in one night when I used it and too hot the next morning, when my son took a shower. Overall, we had a very good time there.

I found this listing in a pinch and was very pleasantly surprised! It’s in a wonderful location - private, quiet, and residential, yet close to so many conveniences and Atlanta hotspots. The home is clean, comfortable, perfect for what we needed, and our host was very responsive and helpful. It seems as though we may have been one of the first renters, so there were a few growing pains and things to verify ahead of time. For example, I didn’t realize there was no washing machine onsite - only a dryer. Additionally, the home was not well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, silverware, bakeware, etc. and I had to purchase these extras. There are also no drawers, dressers, or nightstands - but honestly a minor inconvenience to the great things about this property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
