Very comfortable and updated home. In a quiet neighborhood we had plenty of space for our family of four adults. Loved the furniture and improvements to this fine home. Would definitely return if/when we come back to the area.

Overall a good experience. The layout of the house was great for our friend group, rooms are all similar sized, and the two bathrooms are not en suite so open to everyone. It’s an older home so of course there are some imperfections to be expected, but furnished well and the front porch & back outdoor spaces are lovely. Some really great restaurants within walking distance too. There were a couple of relatively minor things that could be improved, but we would stay here again for this annual event we attend.

The house was as pictured, very clean and stocked with staple needs. Landlord checked in multiple times to make sure there weren’t any issues and to see if we needed anything. Had a question about finding a lighter for the fire pit which was quickly resolved. I just didn’t look in all the drawers.

Family get away

Came to area for a brief stay with family. Home in nice quiet neighborhood. Local shops and restaurants. We had small hiccup with check in but it was quickly corrected. Prompt response from manager. Quick access to Atlanta and area sites. Home clean , lots of space for 4 adults and infant. Will stay again if come to area again.

Home away from home

Stayed at Wendal’s place for 2.5 weeks and didn’t want to leave! As a host, Wendal is accommodating and responsive. The house was so cozy and the location was perfect for a stay at home mom and my husband who works from home. We stayed here while we had renovations going on at our own home. Taproom down the road for coffee, Dom Beijos across the street for wine, and a few restaurants are all within walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet as well and the interstate is about 5-7 minutes away. Prime location.

Wonderful stay

Stayed here for a graduation at Emory. 6 adults. Had pleanty of room for everyone. Loved the front porch. Would have used the backyard but the weather was rainy. Host gave great recommendations and was avaliable to answer any questions!

Lovely house, close to what you need

This was our first visit to the city and we loved staying at this house. The neighborhood was cute and the house was well stocked. I recommend the neighborhood joints Home Bar and Evergreen Bakers. House was very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to staying again next time.

fabulous Thanksgiving stay

We were a group of friends getting together for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect, spacious and very well located. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, we will contact again next time we need a place in Atlanta.

Overall ok

The location was great for where we needed to be but is on a fairly busy road. Wasn’t a big deal though to us and you couldn’t hear the cars when inside. The owner graciously let us check in early which we appreciated so so much. Upon entering the door the home was over done with fragrance. I love a good smelling house but it was so over powering that I had to sit outside because it made me feel nauseous so we had to air the place out. I dont know if that’s a deal breaker for others but thought I’d mention it In the event it isn’t a future guest’s cup of tea. Over the house desperately needs updating as a lot of things were very worn, including the furniture. Beds were very squeaky and noisy and the couch was very thin and uncomfortable to sit on. Floors are pretty uneven so for my new walker they were difficult to navigate for him. The neighbor in the house next door was absolutely lovely. We stayed during Halloween and the neighborhood was lovely and had great trick or treating for kids. Lots of places within walking distance. It was mostly clean. Upon arrival there was a dishwasher full of dishes for us to put away which was a little off putting to need to do chores upon arrival. No laundry supplies given so if you need to wash anything be prepared to go buy some. Again not a deal breaker.. we just stay in a lot of places and that was a first for us. Owner was quick to respond with a phone call when we let him know we heard some sort of animal in the ceiling/attick.

Charming Stay

We found everything we needed for a weekend together and loved the abundant outdoor space. The neighborhood is made for exploring on foot. Communication was wonderful and instant. We would stay again! Here are a few things to know that weren't perfect. The property is older and is dated. There were large bugs in the kitchen that went down the vents. We returned one evening to find a sweet woman asleep on the porch.

Quiet place

Even though the street is busy, it was hard to hear it inside. The house was nice, big enough for all of us. The porches were great. The air conditioning was set too low for me. There was no book to explain how things worked and what to do to come and go. There were plenty of linens. The house had almost everything. It could have used cloth napkins :)
