Blue Haven operates within a private apartment community and hospitality membership accommodation program.

For privacy, operational, and community compliance purposes, guests should not visit, contact, or seek assistance from the apartment leasing office or community management regarding reservations, access, accommodations, maintenance requests, payments, check-in, or guest stay matters.

The apartment community staff and leasing office are not affiliated with guest reservations and are unable to assist with your stay.

All communication, questions, concerns, maintenance requests, and guest support must be directed directly to the Blue Haven hosting and guest support team through the booking platform or provided contact information.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless otherwise approved by the Host.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and approval.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
• Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property.
• Unauthorized guests, gatherings, or parties are strictly prohibited.

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily.
• Please respect neighboring residents and maintain a peaceful environment at all times.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
• Parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

NO SMOKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on patios/balconies, and throughout the apartment community and complex.
• This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, hookah, and all smoking-related products.
• A minimum $500 smoking violation fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, odor remediation, additional cleaning, or violations reported by the community or neighboring residents.

CLEANLINESS & CARE
• Please treat the property with care and respect.
• Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness throughout their stay.
• Excessive mess, stains, damage, or misuse of the property may result in additional charges.

PETS
• Pets are not permitted.

SAFETY & SECURITY
• Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Do not tamper with security devices, smart locks, smoke detectors, or building systems.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
• Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation and possible involvement of law enforcement.
