• Sleeping accommodations include 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, and 1 Twin Murphy bed, 1 Full sleeper sofa, and 1 Twin futon. In the bunk house, 4 Twin bunk beds.
• Comfortable living area with wall-to-wall windows, beautiful lake views, two couches, recliners, and plenty of space to gather after a day on the water
• Newly renovated lakeview deck featuring outdoor dining, bar seating, lounge furniture, and a gas fire pit

The outdoor spaces are designed to help you make the most of your time at Lake of the Ozarks. The newly renovated deck offers bar seating overlooking the lake, comfortable lounge furniture, outdoor dining space, and a gas fire pit for evening gatherings. Head down to the private dock where you'll find dock seating, a swim ladder, floaties, fishing gear, a swim mat, and two paddle boards ready for adventure. The protected cove location provides easy access to both relaxing lake days and exploring the main channel. Whether you're fishing, swimming, paddling, or simply enjoying the view, there's always a reason to stay outside.

Classic Lake Cabin Comfort
Inside, you'll find the cabin-style atmosphere that creates a true Lake of the Ozarks getaway. Large windows surround the living room and showcase the lake views while creating a bright gathering space for family and friends. Multiple sleeping options throughout the home and separate bunk house make it easy for larger groups to spread out comfortably. Enjoy board games, card games, movies, and cozy evenings together after a day on the water. The thoughtful layout maximizes both sleeping capacity and gathering space while maintaining a welcoming lake-house feel.

• We supply propane for the gas fire pit and grill
• The property features a steep driveway and carport area. Please use caution when arriving and departing.
• Trailer parking is available for ~26ft or smaller boats and PWCs.
• This property does not have laundry facilities onsite.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• This property is accessed by paved roads; however, some areas are steep. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Guests have full access to the home. Lake access.

Interaction Preferences:

VRBO Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
