Casita de Paz is a thoughtfully designed private one-bedroom ADU retreat offering comfort, privacy, and a peaceful place to recharge during your stay in Los Angeles. Ideal for traveling nurses, medical professionals, educators, graduate students, and other extended-stay guests, this beautifully furnished one-bedroom ADU combines modern conveniences with a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The open layout, natural light, calming color palette, and stylish finishes create a comfortable living environment that feels like home. The living area is furnished with a sofa, side table, Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. Mini-split heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

The bedroom features a full-size bed, generous closet storage with shelving and hanging space, pocket doors for added privacy, recessed lighting with a dimmer switch, room-darkening shades, and a ceiling fan with heating and cooling functions to help create the perfect environment for relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave, along with cookware, dishes, and essential kitchen items for everyday living. A dining table with seating for two provides a convenient space for meals, remote work, or planning your day.

The bathroom has been thoughtfully designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. Features include a walk-in glass shower with a skylight that fills the space with natural light, a built-in bench, recessed storage niche, additional shelving, motion-sensitive vanity lighting, and starter toiletries. A hair dryer, ironing supplies, first aid kit, and cleaning supplies are also provided for your convenience. The in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays even more comfortable.

Outside, guests have access to a shared patio and backyard area with seating and a BBQ, offering a pleasant place to enjoy the Southern California weather.
