Located in Los Angeles, this charming house boasts 4 bedrooms including 3 king beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 bunk bed. With 4 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a bathtub, bidet, and jetted bathtub, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Set on a hillside, this home surrounds you in spectacular vistas of the Downtown LA skyline indoors and out. Wake up to the sound of the birds and the view of the Hollywood sign viewable in almost every room. Drink coffee in the view from showcase windows in both the kitchen and the bathrooms, where tubs overlooks the sweeping city below. Hang out in the upstairs deck or the downstairs patio to enjoy the sunsets and the sweeping breathtaking views of the city of angels, perfectly framed by the striking silhouette of Mount Gabriel.

By night, the light-washed living room turns into a cozy movie space with a large smart TV. The kitchen offers counter seating and come fully equipped ready for everything from morning coffee to memorable meals and easy entertaining. There is a TV in the kitchen to catch up on the game when cooking on the morning news. Each bedroom has its own designated workspace and two full, clean-lined bedroom en suites with tubs. There is one small bedroom with 2 bunk beds for those who have kids and one bedroom with both a king size bed and a single bed making total 4 beds and the 2 bunk beds (7 total beds). There is chair that converts into a twin bed for an additional bed if needed and another tow-away bed available. Three of the bedrooms upstairs are equipped with smart TVs for individualized entertainment if needed. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a kingsize bed making this house ideal for 3 couples.

You will have access to the whole property and can park in the gated property. EV charger available in the property.

Other things to note
There are several important things to note before booking:

NO PARTIES are allowed on the property.
Please respect our neighbors and keep your noise at a reasonable level.
If there is party discovered you will be a subject to a $5,000 fine.

NO SMOKING.
We have a strict NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 penalty.

PRIVACY & SECURITY. The house is quiet and secure, with a steel remote controlled gate. There are lots of fruit trees in the property so the gardener will be in occasionally and sprinklers will come on at night.

WILDLIFE. The house is located near the Baldwin Hills Park so there a lot of beautiful birds in the neighborhood that every few months hang out in the yard. You might see a stray cat that loves to make rounds in the property at night .
