A three-bedroom, four-bed, four-bathroom home on Venice`s Ocean Front Walk, with direct beach access and open ocean views from multiple levels. The home spans four floors, from a ground-level family room to a private rooftop deck above it all. Generous room sizes, a dedicated wellness and workspace area, and thoughtful outdoor living throughout make this well-suited for families or groups seeking an elevated stay steps from the sand.

This four-story home sits directly on Ocean Front Walk with the sand steps from the front door and ocean views from the upper levels and rooftop. It is one of the larger homes on this stretch, with three full bedrooms, a flex space which can be utilized as an additional bedroom, four bathrooms, and enough indoor and outdoor space for a group to spread out comfortably.

The main living floor is open and well lit, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space. A balcony off this level lets you open the doors and bring in the ocean air. The ground floor holds a separate family room with additional lounge seating and a television, giving guests a second space to gather without crowding the main floor.

The primary suite has a king bed, a Japanese soaking tub, and ocean-facing orientation. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds and their own bathrooms. A dedicated desk area on the bedroom level works well for anyone who needs to work during their stay.

Labeled as Living Room 4, this flexible space is open to the floor plan with a door installation planned in the near future. It is configured with a memory foam queen pullout, making it suitable as a guest room, workspace, or both.

The rooftop deck is the centerpiece of the outdoor experience. An L-shaped sectional, two chaise loungers, and two additional chairs provide ample seating for the full group, with open sky and unobstructed ocean views in every direction. A bonus room on the ground level adds a shuffleboard table and additional workspace, giving the group a separate place to decompress.

Parking includes two tandem spots in the garage and space for a third car to park parallel in front of the garage.

A massage table is available for in-home use. Local therapists who do house calls can be recommended upon request.

***The City of Los Angeles has scheduled road resurfacing in the immediate area in July 2026. Temporary no parking signs may be posted on nearby streets during active work days, and there may be construction noise and equipment in the area. We appreciate your patience and will keep the listing updated as the project progresses.

Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Ocean Front Walk is Venice`s central pedestrian promenade, running directly along the beach. From this address, the sand is immediately accessible, and the boardwalk puts Muscle Beach, the skate park, and the Venice street scene within easy reach on foot. Rose Avenue and Abbot Kinney Boulevard are a short walk or bike ride away, with some of the best independent restaurants, coffee shops, and retail in Los Angeles. The Venice Canals are less than a mile away. Despite the energy of the boardwalk, this section of Ocean Front Walk is residential and well established.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.
That said, this is one of the most walkable and bikeable locations in all of Los Angeles. The beach, Abbot Kinney, and Rose Avenue are all accessible on foot. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
