Originally a high-end private residence, guests can delight in the luxurious design details and bespoke finishes throughout, with each area of the home offering a truly unique experience for the senses.
The Space
With no expense spared on light engineering and lush landscaping, this fully-gated property is your own private boutique hotel. Guests are free to enjoy four well-appointed bedrooms, a fully-loaded kitchen with top-of-the-line Wolf appliances, a lavish rooftop terrace with a hot tub, foosball table and outdoor kitchen, a ground floor patio with a fire pit, outdoor dining table and outdoor shower, an enormous ten-person dining area under a sky-high atrium, a garage gym, a den/office and extras like a surfboard, games and a home-wide water filtration system.

3. Quiet Hours: Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm to 7am (as per the Los Angeles Noise Ordinance). The property is monitored for excess noise during this time. [After a first warning is given, a second noise alert will result in a fee of $300. A third noise alert will result in a $1000 fee and termination of your stay]
4. No Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the property or in the pool/spa area. [$1000 fee for smoking in these areas]
5. Pets: Number and type of pets (including emotional support animals) must be authorized by Verve and your pet fee paid before your reservation begins (as above). [$400 fee (per pet) for unauthorized pets]
6. Parties, events and commercial photography: Prohibited unless authorized by the host before your reservation begins. [$1000 fee for unauthorized parties or events and termination of your stay]
7. Candles and cooking elements: Charcoal grills, candles (or any other cooking/heat/flame element) brought onsite are prohibited due to fire risk. [$300 fee for violation]
8. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Please vacate the property on time so that our cleaners can prepare for the next guests within a tight time window. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee if authorized at least 24 hours in advance (as above). [$300 fee for unauthorized late check-out for the first hour (past the 15-min grace period), after which the full daily rate will be charged and/or guests will be removed from the property]
9. Pool and Spa Use and Heating: Pool and spa are for use at your own risk between the hours of 7am - 12am, and children must be monitored. Pool and/or spa heating is available for a daily fee to help us cover steep energy costs (as above).
10. Damage: Renter is liable for any damage to the property or its contents that they may cause. This includes the replacement cost of permanently stained sheets or towels, and a $50 fee for replacement of a lost gate remote.
11. Excess Cleaning: Should the property be left in an unusually poor condition, an additional cleaning fee of up to $500 (or the actual cost of cleaning services) will apply.
12. Good Neighbor Policy: Guests shall not engage in illegal or disruptive activity, and will abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations.
Security Cameras and Noise Monitors Outdoor cameras (located at the front, back and sides of the house) are for guest safety and record only video, not sound.
A Minuit device inside the home monitors noise levels, temperature and motion to prevent safety issues and excess noise. Work Trip
Myself and my Co-workers came to LA County for work in the Palisades. Unfortunately weather intervened and our work didn't happen. This house was great, it had the best coffee bar I have experienced while travelling. Everything was as expected and this property is absolutely a must stay if you're in Venice.

Amazing House
The house is as advertised and better . It is modern , functional , very light and an amazing place to socialize and entertain and spend time together. Lots of additional touches and above and beyond in terms of fully stocked kitchen , every kind of coffee maker , extra towels and bathroom condiments . Location is perfect , short walk to great coffee place and only a few minutes to everything Venice has to offer. Loved it
