Guests will have private access to the entire house, with the exception of an owner's closet and any locked maintenance or storage areas. Entry is via a smart lock. You will receive your private access code prior to arrival, so there is no need to coordinate an in-person key exchange. Guests will be able to enjoy: A private screened-in pool; an outdoor area/pool patio; a fully equipped kitchen; a living room and dining area; a game room; a second-floor loft; bedrooms and bathrooms available for guest use; a laundry area with a washer and dryer located on the first floor, next to the kitchen; free on-site parking; and access to community pools and amenities. Guests will have access to eligible community pools and amenities using the community access card provided for this property. According to community guidelines, CDD/community amenities may include access to areas such as Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Point, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces. These areas feature pools, spas, fitness rooms, wading pools, gazebos/pavilions, and nearby playgrounds or outdoor fitness areas—subject to specific location, availability, operating hours, and community rules. This property is located in Reunion Village, and community guidelines stipulate that Reunion Village homeowners are required to hold a mandatory membership to the Encore Club. The property is equipped with a white community access card—issued by the homeowners association—which will be made available to confirmed guests for eligible access to community pools and amenities. Guests are responsible for safeguarding the card and returning it prior to check-out. Lost, damaged, or unreturned cards may incur a replacement fee. Access to amenities is subject to community rules, availability, operating hours, maintenance schedules, weather conditions, registration requirements, and any policies in effect during the stay. We will provide applicable instructions to confirmed guests prior to their arrival. For security reasons, the exact property address and check-in instructions are shared only with confirmed guests prior to their arrival.

The community offers convenient access to major roadways connecting the Disney area, Kissimmee, ChampionsGate, Reunion, Celebration, Universal, SeaWorld, and the greater Orlando metropolitan area. Parking: Free parking is available on the property. Parking is not permitted on lawns, sidewalks, driveways, street corners, or in restricted areas. Commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vehicles may not be permitted within the community. Guests are responsible for complying with all posted parking regulations established by the community and the HOA. The community and/or HOA may enforce towing, fines, or access restrictions for violations.
