The space
The apartment is conveniently located just off Maxwell Main Road, so a bit of traffic noise is to be expected. Situated in a residential building with warm and welcoming locals, it’s perfectly central to everything you might want to explore. While the exterior reflects a charming, traditional Bajan style, the interior is modern, functional, and fully equipped for your holiday. You’ll find everything from a cooler bag to keep your drinks chilled for a beach day, to a pack of cards for some fun downtime.

In true Bajan fashion, there are a few friendly resident cats that live on the compound. Please be aware that we’re located across from a nursery, so some daytime noise is normal. We’re also opposite a bar that opens from time to time, which may occasionally result in music being heard.

The building’s hot water system is solar-powered, so water temperatures may be cooler early in the morning before sunrise or during stretches of heavy cloud cover. There is a pull out couch in the living room for a third person, but please note there is no AC in the living room, there is a fan.

Guest access
In addition to the apartment, you’ll have your own dedicated parking spot and access to convenient clotheslines at the back of the property.
