📌 IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in experience, guests are required to complete and sign our rental agreement prior to arrival. Once completed, an automated entry code for the property/unit will be generated and provided before check-in.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please be advised that upon check in at the Resort you will be required to show the credit card you used to pay for your stay; same card must be used for your stay security deposit, which will depend on the number of bedrooms in the condominium (1 bedroom $150 USD, 2 bedrooms $200 USD, 3 bedrooms $300 USD, 4 bedrooms $350 USD and 5 bedrooms $400 USD ). This is only a hold and will be released 72 hours after your check out if no damages or losses occur. The card holder must be the person who makes the check in, pays for the reservation and the one that leaves the security deposit, other person won?t be allowed
