Fabulous time. This was the perfect place.

Came down for the Easter break and we had a great relaxing time. Perfect for families. This condo was perfect for us family of 4. The kids had there own room and bathroom. Also there room had two separate beds. Perfect! The condo was very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful veiw and we just had to walk out to the door for the pool and beach.

Can’t beat the location.

Great place. A couple of little things needed fixing but they were handled right away, such as lightbulbs out in second bed and microwave was on the fritz. You really cannot beat the location. Walk out the patio right to pool and beach. Great amount of space in the condo, and very comfortable. Michelle is great to work with and damage deposit was refunded in a very timely manner. Will stay again.

Perfect!!

My husband and I spent New Year's 2016-17 (just before our 4th anniversary) at this condo, and our stay could not have been more perfect. The ground floor location makes loading in/out a breeze, and the fact that you can walk off your patio and out onto the lawn to the pools, jacuzzi and beach makes this unit absolutely ideal. We basically spent the all of the daylight hours on the patio and then moved out onto the lawn each night to watch the sunset. The king bed in the master was super comfortable, and although there is only a shower in the master bath, the guest bath has a tub (should you want one). The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed (though we did bring a good pan and sharp knife just in case). I agree with the previous reviewer who noted that a garbage disposal would have made the kitchen even better. Overall, our stay was amazing!! I'm counting the days until we can return.

Amazing

The room was amazing.. The location right off the pool and beach its amazing. It was so nice to be able to unload right in front of the house. Not have to go up the elevator. Check in process was so easy and check out was perfect didn't have to deal with the front office at all.. When getting into the front gate they didn't have my paper work so had to go to the front so they would let me into the hotel and then the front gate people wouldn't let me in until we printed the paper. Even though i had it on my phone. Then they finally let me in when the front desk called the guy at the gate to let them know we are on the list. I missed the part that it was Sonoran Sea. I headed to Sonoran Sun tried to check into the wrong hotel. Over all was amazing. House was perfect and had everything we needed. Very Kid friendly. April the weather is nice, water was a little cold. Thanks you for such an amazing time at your condo. Very beautiful.

Amazing condo with a great location.

We are 2 couples from Canada who absolutely loved this condo. The location was spectacular for walking the beach, the condo well-equipped for cooking, very clean and nicely decorated. The Wifi worked very well and the 3 TV's in the condo all good TV's. Everything went smoothly upon our arrival after an easy drive from Arizona. The king bed was very comfortable, and the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were OK, but a bit soft for my liking. The pool and beach were literally steps from the condo. Being on the main level made it handy for trips back to the room, and for loading/unloading the car. My only real complaint is not with the condo, but the restaurants and the pool. The pool was not heated, and the bay was too cold to go in, so we weren't able to swim at all. We were there Monday thru Thursday and there were very few restaurants within walking distance. Two of them were closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The prices were reasonable, but the food mediocre. We took a taxi into town the last night to eat at El Capitan, which was fabulous and had a beautiful view of the sunset and the entire bay, along with a Mariachi Band to entertain everyone. But the taxi was expensive for 2 ways ($30US). There is no entertainment nearby either, with the exception of a n outdoor "disco" which was not age-appropriate for us. So if you want a quiet spot and like to walk the beach, this is the location for you. If you are wanting lots of good restaurants and entertainment, this location is not for you. We were told that anytime after the first week in March is not quiet though, due to Spring Breaks the rest of the month. I would certainly consider returning to Michelle's condo next year during the same time frame.

Previous experience from staying in other resorts has taught us that it really matters who you rent from. We go out of our way to make sure our condos are always updated and well maintained. When you rent a one of our condos, you can rest assured that our condos are always updated and well maintained.

Our goal is that you have the best vacation ever, and want to come back for years to come.The first time we went to Rocky Point, it was the best vacation we'd ever had. We rent our condos out so that other people can experience the joy of a great beach vacation in a beautiful condo.
