The apartment features three spacious bedrooms: two triple bedrooms, each with one double bed and one single bed, and one double bedroom. For additional flexibility, the cozy living area includes a comfortable sofa bed for the ninth and tenth guests.

The property also offers two bathrooms: one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, providing a practical and comfortable solution for families or larger groups.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and Smart TVs, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest throughout the stay.

The apartment also offers a welcoming common area with dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether for a short city break or a longer Roman getaway.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.

- Making noise during rest hours (22:30 to 09:00 - 10.30 pm to 9.00 am)

For children under 3 years old, a travel crib can be provided upon request in advance at a cost of €50 per stay.
