I spend too much time: Pondering which decision to make

Brian and Andera are high school sweethearts and Eastern Shore professionals (a teacher and a nurse practitioner) who grew up and still live a just half an hour away in Wicomico county MD. We always enjoyed the waves on Assateague and OC in our youth, and were excited to purchase this place as a dream second home! Now we get to share it with YOU.

With our children in tow, we LOVE our second home, and we love sharing it with YOU!

We chose this neighborhood because it gives guests the Ocean City experience we love most: close to the beach, convenient to restaurants and shops, but still set apart from the busiest downtown crowds. The condo is in Midtown OC on the oceanside of Coastal Highway, with easy beach access just steps away, two parking spots, and the Coastal Highway Beach Bus nearby. It feels practical, family-friendly, and easy.

What we especially like is that the location lets guests enjoy both sides of Ocean City. You can walk to the beach, grab food nearby, visit local favorites like Bull on the Beach, mini golf, surf shops, bowling, or the grocery store, and still be a short drive from Seacrets, the Convention Center, the Route 90 Bridge, and many of OC’s north-end attractions. From the balcony, guests can enjoy views toward both the ocean and the bay, including beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

For us, this neighborhood feels like a more local, relaxed version of Ocean City. It is close enough to the action when you want it, but calm enough to come back, park easily, and actually enjoy time together as a family.

What makes our property unique is the combination of location, convenience, and comfort. We especially love that the property feels simple and practical for families or small groups. Guests can spend the day at the beach, come back easily for lunch or a break, and then head back out for dinner, mini golf, shopping, or a sunset view over the bay. From the balcony, you can enjoy both ocean and bay views, which makes the space feel connected to everything people love about Ocean City.

It is unique because it offers the best parts of OC without making the trip complicated: easy parking, easy beach access, a comfortable place to relax, and a location that works well whether guests want a quiet beach getaway or a fun Ocean City vacation.
