Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Check in was a breeze. Host was very responsive to messages. Location was relatively central to the activities we wanted to do. The home itself was dated with many maintenance issues being deferred. Cupboard door was hanging from a hinge when opened, plants growing out of the gutter, back sliding glass door lock was broken so had to use a board to lock the door and the screen was hard to open. Deck has not been refinished in years. Blinds in one upstairs bedroom were broken. Split air conditioning in home. Towels in downstairs bathroom were rolled up wet and placed in bedroom. When we used them in the morning they were still wet from check in. Tried to use the dresser in downstairs bedroom and top right drawer had no guide rails on it and could not use. Did not try to use other drawers based on the first one. Downstairs bathroom had what appeared to be plexiglass screwed into the ceiling. We still have not figured out what its purpose is. Biggest issue with the house was it smelled of a cat box, to me it smelled of urine. Despite our use of Febreze multiple times per day the smell never went away. Less than ideal to have in a rental property. Sorry to say we would not utilize this property again.
