Single story Casita, 2 car parking, 5 min to strip

***Please read the house rules before booking***

1. Do not gather in front of the house
2. No smoking within the house
3. No unauthorized guest/ visitor/ pet
4. Do not open windows when AC/ Heat is on
5. Do not answer the front door unless you are expecting food or package delivery

Unauthorized extra guest fee $50/guest/night.

Security cameras outside of the house.

We reserve the right to evict guests who break any of the house rules.

This is a single story casita (guest house) with it's own driveway.
The driveway fits 2 cars.
Do not park / block the main house driveway.
If you have a 3rd car, you can park outside of the cul de sac.

The pool in the backyard of the main house is shared between the main house and the Casita.
You are welcome to use it.

We use the 3rd bedroom as a living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed.
If you want the 3rd bedroom to be use as a bedroom, please give us advance notice, we will need to inform our cleaning lady to prepare the sofa bed for you.
