This is a two bedroom one bath property with vaulted ceilings and over 1500 sq ft of space
Patio has mountain views and a BBQ and dart board.
Quite cul-de-sac escape 20 minutes from the strip and 10 minutes from Nellis Air force Base.
Full kitchen, very big living room and dining room with a Pac Man machine. This property can comfortably fit 5 people and we are pet friendly. If you want to be in Las Vegas but away from the crowd this is the place to be. This property is extremely quite and very laid back.
This house is setup like a duplex so host lives next door but nothing is shared but the driveway.

Great Stay!

This house is great! Don't let the fact that house is slipt deferred you from booking property. The moment you arrive you notice house is located in a cul-de-sac with big driveway, house is spacious with large living room and more than enough space for a family. Not only that but it's pet friendly, our furr baby loved it as well. Thank you...Kev we will definitely book again!

My friend and I went to Vegas for my birthday. We chose Kevin's house because it looked cozy and had a nice patio to sit on. Well, Kevin's house didn't disappoint. It was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. There is an elementary school across the street, but that wasn't a problem. Kevin does live next door on the property, which was nice because he was there to greet us and say good bye. Otherwise, we didn't hear or see him. My friend and I also picked this house because we planned on staying in a lot watching movies and relaxing. We were able to watch all the streaming channels and caught up on our chick flicks. It was located close to markets and restaurants making it easy to get around when you're not from the area. I would definitely stay at Kevin's house again.

We were there for 2 nights, with our two terriersNice house, at the end of a cul de sac, about 30 minutes from Luxor/Mandalay Bay area of strip.Quiet area, walked dogs around for about 30 minutes and we had no problems (no loose dogs or aggressive dogs menacing us from their yard). Parked car at end of driveway, not covered/garaged. Host appears to be renovating the garage. Pet Friendly backyard and host. Small back yard with artificial turf and dirt landscaped border, but big enough for 2 small dogs to run around and play ball. Yard backs up on a large elementary school playground, so there was a nice view out the patio/backyard. Most of the time the students were in the classrooms, and when they were at recess, they never came near the common block wall.House had 2 bedrooms with an extra bed tucked in a corner of the living room. Nice combo of tile and carpet (Part of living room carpeted, bedrooms carpeted). Kitchen was modern, seemed fully equipped. Host was very nice. He called to ask about our schedule because he having someone come over for the garage renovation, and was willing to delay until 11 a.m. the worker arriving. Even then, I barely noticed the worker was there.I would definitely return to Kev’s

Peaceful paradise

Kevin is a super friendly host who responded quickly to my questions. The house was exactly what we needed for this vacation. Walls are painted with beautiful sunset colors. Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities that we needed. Backyard is perfect for enjoying the outdoors privately.

Fun spot for a vegas get away

Laid back property just a skip and hop away from the strip. quiet clean and the aloha vibe makes for a comfortable stay. We brought two dogs and it couldn’t have been a more perfect stay.

Quiet and peaceful stay

Short but peaceful stay. The host does live on the property but you can’t even tell he is there. The house smelled great, was very clean, and was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location was easily accessible. Kevin was very responsive. Unfortunately there was no washer and dryer but that was an oversight on my part when I booked. The accommodations were comfortable and adequate for our family.

Family Getaway

Great place!

Unko Kevs place is great! ! Came to vegas with my brother for a medical procedure. We didn't want to stay in a hotel. The house looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable, stocked kitchen, backyard area. The arcade game was a fun addition. We played it every day. Close to shopping and eating. We did have a car. 20 minutes from everything. Definitely would stay there again.

Great spot!

I'm very happy with our stay! These kinds of things are alwahs hit and miss but we will definitely be back. Clean house, lots of space, great host and excellent price. It's a but far from the strip but well worth the 30 uber ride to be in a good neighborhood.
