Entfliehen Sie dem Luxus in dieser Ferienwohnung mit 5 Schlafzimmern direkt am Meer. Diese Wohnung ist Teil eines Komplexes mit sechs Wohneinheiten am Strand. Es gibt einen Aufzug in dieser Einheit für diejenigen, die Schwierigkeiten beim Treppensteigen haben. Das Gebäude und die Wohnung sind rollstuhlgerecht und die Vermietung verfügt über einen wunderschönen Schieferboden, eine große Küche, die perfekt für jeden Koch geeignet ist, mit Granit- und Edelstahlgeräten, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Flachbildfernseher, Blick direkt auf den Strand und einen Balkon am Meer und ein privates Spa. Diese Eigenschaft kommt auch mit zentralen AC. Sie werden nach Ihrem Aufenthalt hier verwöhnt und wollen nie mehr weg!

Dieses Haus befindet sich in der Küstenstadt Oceanside, wo die Strände das ganze Jahr über spektakulär sind, mit breiten Sandstränden und herrlichem Wasser. Machen Sie nach einem Tag am Strand einen Spaziergang zum Pier - gehen Sie spazieren und beobachten Sie die Surfer, gehen Sie angeln oder fahren Sie mit einem Segelboot im Hafen. Wenn es Zeit für das Abendessen ist, gibt es eine endlose Anzahl köstlicher Restaurants (Mary's Family Restaurant) und Cafés, aus denen Sie auswählen können, aber viele entscheiden sich dafür, ihre Mahlzeiten in der Ferienwohnung zu kochen. Lage zum Strand: Es gibt eine Auffahrt, die den Zugang zur Tiefgarage zwischen dem Apartmentkomplex und dem Strand ermöglicht. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss diese Einfahrt überquert werden. Sehen Sie sich die virtuelle Tour an, um genau zu sehen, wo sie sich befindet.

The place was exactly as it was advertised even better. Super clean and comfortable. The bedrooms very comfortable and the kitchen fully loaded. The view incredible. The most important the service was first class. Anytime we call they answered right away. The small fire pit wasn’t working it was replaced right away. Overall good time

We had a nice family weekend getaway to round out summer. The place was in a great location. You can hear the crashing of the waves all day and night and see beautiful sunsets. The only con was that it could use some updating. One of the couches is broken and all of the furniture looks worn and dingy. For the amount we paid, I would expect then to keep the place up a little better. Other than that, we had a nice time.

Excellent Location & Property but "Fits 21" is a bit of a stretch

The location of this property in Oceanside, CA is truly exceptional … right on the water with fantastic sunset views & being at the end of the walking path, not too much tourist traffic. The place is clean, tidy & has all the necessities right in the house with basic stuff already provided. Truly an exception property. The only area of concern was that when we booked it for 5 families (20 people), the listing said sleeps 21 people but in our experience, comfortable sleeping is for 18-people with additional 3 that can sleep in an uncomfortable position (small side beds or couch)

Found our annual beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all loved the rental so much! I feel like a lot of the time a rental isn’t quite as spacious as the pictures make it look, in this instance it was so much more spacious than we expected. It was so perfect, fit our family perfectly, perfect location, loved the beach between the rental and the pier, not too bad of a walk to find a nice sandy spot to set up for the day. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be coming back! The assistance line was also super helpful when i couldn’t find where to access the garage for the property, didn’t realize the street wrapped around the front.

Amazing getaway

The view from the living room was amazing. My family and I enjoyed just listening to the waves and looking out from the balcony. Management was nice enough to get in touch to see if everything was in working condition, if not they made sure to address the issue as quickly as they can. The only unfortunate thing was that construction was being done to the building next to us and so it made it difficult to drive out of the parking garage due to being blocked off by the workers. It took about 10 minutes or longer (each way) of waiting in the car to get out and get back in the parking area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

Beautiful view but…

The first night we were there my 14-year-old nephew found a bottle of Narcan next to the hot tub (the lock on they gate to the complex was broken). The second night when our family returned from dinner the front door was wide open. The third night we returned from dinner to find my husband’s new laptop and backpack (with Bose air pods) and my BIL’s new work phone gone. The WiFi worked one of the 5 days we were there and the floors were FILTHY when we arrived. Everything else in the online listing stated was true.

We apologize for the issues you encountered with the wifi, hotel lock, and shower handle. Our records indicate that all issues were promptly resolved by our maintenance team, once they were reported. Discovering a Narcan bottle and dealing with stolen property is indeed very unsettling, and we apologize this is something you had to deal with during your stay. Unfortunately, our records show no report of a Narcan bottle at the property. Please note that our team is happy to address any concerns that guests may have, assuming that they are promptly brought to our attention. In regards to your stolen items, we are so sorry you experienced this during your stay. Our recommendation for guests is that you use safety precautions when staying in a rental including locking the doors, not leaving any items outside, or in a shared garage. WE HAD 7 ADULTS & 5 CHILDREN EVERYONE HAD A PLACE TO SLEEP THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING. THE ONLY CONCERN WAS THE ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK THE BEACHFRONT CREW WAS THERE WITH ICE TRAYS IN A MATTER OF MINUTES BUT ALAS NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO FIX IT BUT THIS WAS NOTHING THAT A 99 CENT BAG OF ICE DID NOT FIX PLUS DID NOT TAKE AWAY FROM THE EXPERIENCE AT ALL...WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE BACK...THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO WONDERFUL

Nice condo but had a few issues

The condo itself was nice but it was very difficult to make plans or keep in touch with family members since neither Verizon or AT& T cell phones work in the building. It was really annoying to have to stand out in the street to make a phone call. Also, our internet didnt work for the first 4 days and the last 3 worked on and off. The land line didnt work either. The dryer sounded like it was going to explode when you used it. Glad it didnt blow up since we'd never be able to call the fire department without a phone.

Thank you for your review. We have repaired the dryer and are sorry for any inconvenience. Because these are coastal homes, cell service is spotty along the beach, almost everywhere in California. The wifi we are addressing by adding boosters to the property. ~Beachfront Only
