An amazing adventure awaits with spectacular sunsets every evening at this oceanfront oasis. As soon as you see the views, you will never want to leave the patio. Listen to the soothing ocean waves and soak in the coastal breeze. Ideal for family or friend gatherings, this beautiful ground-level home includes a spacious floor plan with plenty of room to both relax and entertain.

The large chef's kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The home's multiple dining areas include a dining room table for 6, barstools at the counter, and patio dining for enjoying al-fresco sunsets.
LIVING AREAS
The living room flows seamlessly from the kitchen, then continues on to the patio overlooking the ocean. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen smart tv after a long day at the beach. The comfortable furnishings invite you to relax, unwind, and soak up the peace and gentle whisper of crashing waves. Later in the evening, the living room couch converts into a queen bed.
SLEEPING
"The Penthouse" comfortably sleeps 6 with a variety of arrangements to fit different groups. The Casita Studio has a comfortable king bed with a front patio, a walk-in closet, desk, wetbar, private bath and a flat-screen TV . The second en-suite bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom is two double baths with a walk-in closet. All beds are fitted with sumptuous high-thread-count linens.
BATHROOMS
The home has 3.5 bathrooms. The primary bath is en-suite and features a large walk-in shower. The second bath is en-suite with a walk in shower and double vanity. The third bedroom and features a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath for guest use as well.
EXTRAS
Your home-away-from-home comes with enough off-street parking space for 2 vehicles in a gated underground parking lot.
