Propane for Fire Pit:
We do provide propane for the fire pit, but please note that it may occasionally run out. If it does, feel free to message us — we’ll gladly send a replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase one nearby, and we’ll reimburse you promptly with a photo of the receipt.

Jacuzzi Maintenance: to keep the villa in pristine condition, our professional technician visits every Wednesdays. Please note that the technician may enter the property without prior notice during this window.
