Original 1910 Craftsman home with charming original features and design with updated bathroom and kitchen. Approx. 1200 sq feet. Amazing location 1/2 block to Hillhurst, 2 blocks away from Hollywood Blvd, less than a mile from Erewhon, 5 minute drive to Silver Lake.
○2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) + queen pullout sofa bed
○Free driveway parking for 3-4 cars
○Dogs allowed with some extra conditions, please see more info below
○ Smart TV in living room & 2 bedrooms
○Central heat & A/C
○ Smart TV with apps in living room and both bedrooms (3 TVs)
○ Full kitchen with dishwasher, filtered water, ice maker, drip coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, utensils, Keurig with k-cups, hot water kettle, etc.
○Reserved driveway parking for 3-4 cars
○Tiled bathroom with tub/shower, eco-friendly soaps

○Lots of natural light
○Enclosed backyard (new updated) with outdoor table/seating and firepit, charcoal grill

We are new to VRBO but not to hosting, we have a full-time Superhost available during your stay for whatever you need. You can see reviews for our property on other hosting sites.
INFO ABOUT PETS: Dogs only, must be pre-approved before booking (please provide age, size, breed, etc.) to make sure they're a good fit for our place. There is a $200 pet fee per dog per reservation (applies weekly for bookings of 7 days or longer). Please note no dogs on furniture and dogs cannot be left alone in the house at any time. We have hardwood floors and ask you ensure your dogs have trimmed nails before they arrive that will not scratch them.
We have a charcoal BBQ and wood fire pit you are welcome to use--please note we do not provide charcoal or firewood. The indoor fireplace is decorative only and non-functional.
This is an older house, and while there have been many upgrades and updates, there are a couple areas that show their age--some windows no longer open/open well, some parts of the exterior have worn paint.
◦ Quiet hours 10pm-8am (no loud music or activities to disturb neighbors)
◦ No smoking of any kind inside the house--minimum fee of $500 applied to replace linens and rent air scrubber
◦ Number of guests on the property at any time must match reservation
◦ No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of property without prior, written authorization (extra fees apply starting at 3x the nightly rate)
◦ When available, early check in or late checkout is $50 (must be pre-approved)
◦ Please note: kids are welcome, but property is not kid-proofed or baby-proofed
◦ Lost key fee minimum $100
◦ Pet fee: $200/dog per stay (if longer than one week, fee is charged weekly), 2 dogs max
Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
