Unit A is a bright two-story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (~1,600 sq ft) with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, gas grill on the deck, and outdoor dining. Sleeps 8 with a King master, Queen second and third bedrooms, and a queen sofa bed. Central AC throughout.



Unit B is a comfortable ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (~1,200 sq ft) with garden views, a covered lanai, and a full kitchen. Sleeps 6 with Queen beds in both bedrooms and a sofa sleeper. Walkable to Princeville shops and restaurants.



Both units enjoy access to Mauna Kai's shared pool and hot tub. Hideaways Beach is just two miles away, Hanalei Bay is four miles, and the spectacular Na Pali Coast is accessible for scenic hiking nearby. The Space:

Princeville perches atop dramatic cliffs on Kauai's North Shore with sweeping views of Hanalei Bay and the emerald peaks of the Napali Coast. Hanalei Town — 10 minutes away — is a charming beachside village with boutique surf shops, farm-to-table restaurants, and the iconic Hanalei Pier. Tunnels Beach (Makua) for snorkeling and Haena State Park (Kalalau Trail trailhead) are 20 minutes west. The Princeville Makai Golf Course, Queen's Bath tide pools, and Anini Beach are all nearby.



Getting Around:

A rental car is essential on the North Shore. Lihue Airport is approximately 45 minutes south. Hanalei Town is 10 minutes west. Note that one-lane bridges along the North Shore road naturally slow traffic — allow extra time for exploring. The road ends at Haena State Park — advance reservations are required for the parking lot. Rideshare is available but limited on the North Shore.
