The Space:

The house features three thoughtfully designed levels, offering spacious living areas and comfortable spaces to relax and gather with family and friends.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a large central courtyard, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind outdoors. This level also includes the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king-size bed, another bedroom with two queen-size beds, a half bathroom, and two full bathrooms.



The first floor features four bedrooms and a spacious shared bathroom with double sinks. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a cozy private outdoor space. Two additional bedrooms each feature two queen-size beds and a private bathroom, while the fourth bedroom includes a comfortable king-size bed.



The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spectacular and spacious rooftop designed for relaxing, gathering with your group, or enjoying the beautiful starry skies from its multiple seating areas.



This level also includes three additional bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a full-size bed, and a third bedroom with a full-size bed and a private bathroom.

TO NOTICE: There are two doors with some supplies for our cleaning staff that are locked. One of them is on the ground floor, which is the first door in the hall to the kitchen, the second one is located on the first floor in the double room with AC and it´s own bathroom, is the door with the big mirror.
