About 10 steps lead down from the street to the building lobby; from there the elevator opens directly into the apartment on the 1st floor. The doormen are at the building entrance 24/7: they welcome you and hand over the keys, so you can arrive any time after 4:00 PM.

Roma Norte is one of Mexico City's most loved neighborhoods: tree-lined streets, Art Nouveau mansions, galleries, cafes and some of the best restaurants in the country, all right outside the door.

Most of Roma Norte and Condesa is walkable, and rideshare is quick and cheap: the Angel of Independence is about 4 min by car, Bellas Artes about 7 min, the Zocalo and the Anthropology Museum about 7 to 8 min, and Chapultepec Castle about 6 min. Metro Hospital General (Line 3) is a 9 min walk and the Metrobus on Insurgentes is 13 min. The airport is about 8 miles away, roughly 16 to 25 min by car depending on traffic. If you drive, 1 free parking spot is waiting in the building's garage.

• There are about 10 steps down from the street to the building lobby (and back up when you leave); the elevator goes from the lobby straight into the apartment.

• Roma Norte is a lively neighborhood, so some street noise can carry in the evening.

• Security cameras cover the building lobby only; there are no cameras inside the apartment.

• A noise decibel monitor measures sound levels only; it does not record audio.

• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events. No smoking inside; smoking is allowed on the terraces.
