The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and features stainless steel appliances that make preparing meals and snacks effortless. Nearby, the dining table for four creates a cozy setting for breakfast before heading out for the day or winding down with dinner after enjoying Branson’s entertainment scene. The living room offers a comfortable couch, armchair, and smart TV, creating the perfect spot to relax after busy days exploring the area. Sliding glass doors lead directly to a private patio overlooking the golf course, where peaceful green views provide the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the quiet atmosphere of Austin’s Hideaway.

• This home is a one level, first-floor walkdown unit with 13 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located to the right of the front door and monitoring the front door entrance area.

• Portable crib provided.

We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
