- Walk-in unit (no steps) condo with easy access, walk-in showers, recliners in the living room,

We absolutely loved our stay at Mark and Susan’s condo. Everything was perfect. This is one of the most comfortable places I’ve ever stayed. You can tell these owners have actually stayed at their property and made sure every convenience is provided.

Great place to stay! Our group of 5 would stay here again. Hard to tell in pix but the rooms were on opposite sides of condo and we had plenty of room and privacy. Pull out couch was great, too, & plenty of room without moving furniture. Master bathroom huge and nice. Spare bathroom great size and was next to Spare bedroom and felt like a 2nd master in some ways. Pretty tree view, too. One of best ones we've stayed at in Branson!

Cute Condo

Clean and cute condo. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo for the 5 of us. Check-in was easy with no issues. Loved having access to the clubhouse amenities to both pools. We enjoyed sitting out on the outdoor patio in the morning’s and evening's. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Perfect cozy place

This was the perfect cozy place for a weekend getaway. It was in a great location, not too far from town. Quiet, gated community. Clean and had lots of blankets and pillows. We especially enjoyed the king size bed, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever been in. Check in was simple and communication with the hosts was fantastic. Overall, a great experience! This beautiful condo was perfect for our vacation!

This condo was beautiful! Everything was perfect, and just as advertised. It was beautifully decorated and had very nice furniture. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. I appreciated all the extra touches. Location was quiet and convenient. Rooms were spacious and everything looked new. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They always responded quickly and were very helpful in answering questions. We had a wonderful stay at this condo and will definitely be back! You will love this condo!

We spent ten nights following Thanksgiving in this property and enjoyed it very much. The condo is well maintained, and the owner checked a couple of times to see if we needed anything. The condo was decorated tastefully for Christmas. Lighting in each space was better than we have encountered many times in other properties--allowing our 'mature' eyes to read comfortably. Highly recommend this property!

Clean, beautiful "home away from home"

We stayed in the condo with our 3 granddaughters over Christmas and again over their spring break in March. The condo is clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. Mark and Susan have been immediately responsive to any request we had. In December we were surprised to find the condo decorated for Christmas including a full-sized Christmas tree. Our granddaughters were thrilled with the setting as were we! I must add that the condo is wonderful for me as there are no stairs!

Great Clean Space and very comfortable

I’ve stayed at Pointe Royale before but Mark & Susan’s unit was the best! Really clean, newly decorated and very comfy furniture. Two recliners and two couches were nice while we had our two kids and their two best friends. Everyone had plenty of room to relax. The outdoor swimming pool, pickle ball courts and outdoor snack bar were a hit. I’ve only been to Branson in the spring or fall and this summer trip was great with all the outdoor activities nearby. Amazing stay!

The property was just as described! No complaints at all. Very clean and spacious for our family of four. The beds were amazing! Our entire family said they're the most comfortable we've ever slept in before. Condo is close to attractions but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. Only a short drive from the condo to everywhere we went. We literally came and went several times a day. We felt safe in the gated community. My boys absolutely loved that the lake was only steps away from the condo. They enjoyed fishing off the shore and even caught a 21" trout! I'd definitely recommend bringing some camping chairs if you want to sit down by the lake. We didn't utilize the indoor pool but we did check it out at the clubhouse. It's only a short drive from the condo. The hosts were amazing to communicate with. If we ever venture back to Branson I would definitely stay at this condo again. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
