Quiet hours are strictly enforced per Frisco, Texas city ordinance from 10 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep all noise to a minimum, including conversations on the front porch, backyard, or driveway.

The front porch is not to be used as a late-night gathering or hangout area, out of respect for our neighbors.

Failure to follow quiet hours may result in a warning and potential termination of the reservation without refund if violations continue.

Parking
We offer 3 parking spaces in the back driveway for your convenience. If needed, street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, please ONLY park on our side of the street.

We kindly ask that you respect neighbors and avoid blocking any driveways, access points and mailboxes.

Jacuzzi Use Policy

To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors and guests, jacuzzi use is permitted daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM only.
Jacuzzi fee is 75$ per day, pls contact host before use.

Please note:

* No jacuzzi use is allowed outside of these hours
* Quiet hours must be respected at all times
* No loud conversations, music, or gatherings in outdoor areas after 10:00 PM

Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

To comply with local regulations and respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is strictly enforced, if you have questions about this please as host before booking. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

Additional house rules:
- no parties or gatherings
- please no shoes upstairs
- no smoking in the home- if any evidence of smoking, including smell- there will be a $1,000 fine
- no pets unless approved prior with host
- flexible check in and out times available on a case by case basis. Please check with host first
- no disrespecting neighbors - this is grounds for reservation cancellation and no refund
- jacuzzi available for an added fee of $75 per day
- do not remove pool cleaner robot
- no entering garage, this is used for storage only
